Rouge et Blanc was launched in Monaco in 2009.
The project hosts annual events to raise awareness of important charitable organizations
that actively serve the betterment of society.
Rouge et Blanc aims to connect these charities to a larger audience of interested people.
The initiative aspires to share the European ideal of 'Noblesse Oblige',
believing that all high standing citizens have a social responsibility to improve the lives of others and the world at large.
In addition, the project hopes to enhance people's awareness of the non-profit sector
and promote participation for charitable causes in an enjoyable and sustainable way,
especially amongst Japan’s high net worth individuals.
The colors 'Rouge' and 'Blanc' are symbolic of the national flags of both Japan and Monaco
and reflect the dream of becoming the bridge that links the two countries together.
